500 Series

Strip Window / Punched Opening

• GMS 500 Series is a strip window and/or punched opening system for medium to high-rise applications. 
  • The vertical members can have either exposed mullions (captured) or be structurally glazed (butt-glazed). 
  • Horizontal mullions have a 2-1/2" or 3" width and a depth of 6" with the option to add sill extensions and blind pockets. 
  • Vertical sections are of I-beam construction, 2-1/2" wide and 6" deep. Continuous neoprene gaskets are used to seal the exterior surface and a continuous EPDM wedge is used on the interior.
